The wine pairing for January will have a decidedly Spanish theme. We will begin with an Iberian Ham and Cantaloupe, paired with a nice Spanish Rose. This will be followed by a Paella, paired with a Spanish white (probably an Albareno). Since Rioja is known for its’ beef, we will pair our beef with a nice Rioja red. All of this will be concluded with a Spanish dessert accompanied by a Fino sherry. Please call for reservations as this event has filled to capacity for the past couple of months.
